H2O Adventures
Draft for review, October 2026
These terms apply to trips booked with H2O Adventures, run by Aventuras H2O S.A., Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.
You can book online through Peek, by email at info@h2ocr.com or on WhatsApp at +506 8959-8989. Your trip is confirmed when we send your confirmation or invoice.
Prices are in US dollars, per person, plus 13% value added tax. They are the same for children.
A 50% deposit confirms your trip. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.
Groups of 15 people or more pay 50% to confirm and the rest 5 business days before the trip, and can ask for a 10% discount.
Prices can change without notice; the price you confirmed is the price you pay.
Cancel or change at least 24 hours before your trip.
For groups of 8 people or more, at least 72 hours before.
From December 20 to January 5, in Holy Week and in Thanksgiving week, at least 7 days before.
For an emergency on the day, call +506 8706-7458 or +506 8959-8989. We may ask for documents.
There is no refund if you do not show up. If you come but decide not to take part, the full price is charged.
The rivers depend on the rain. If the water level, the weather, a closed road or anything else outside our control makes a trip unsafe or impossible, we may change the route or the time, move you to another river or date, or cancel.
If high water cancels your trip, you choose: move to another river or another date, or take a 50% refund.
Every guest signs our release form before the trip. You can sign it online before your trip day.
River trips are adventure activities and carry real risks. Minimum ages are shown on each trip page. Tell us before the trip about any health condition, injury or pregnancy. Follow your guides' instructions on the water. Our guides may decide that someone cannot take part for safety reasons.
Our guides take photos and video on the river, and we may share them on our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell your guide.
The Naranjo and Chorro seasons are approximate. Opening and closing dates depend on the water and are announced in advance.
