Since 2002

Two guides and two rafts

The idea started at the end of 2001. Arturo Oropeza and Leonardo Vazquez had worked together as river guides and wanted an outfitter of their own. By June 2002 H2O Adventures was in Manuel Antonio, Quepos, with two rafts and the help of friends.

We pioneered an overnight trip on the Savegre and started running commercial trips on the Chorro section of the Naranjo. Since reopening after Covid, private trips are our specialty.
