H2O Adventures is run by Aventuras H2O S.A., in Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. You can reach us at info@h2ocr.com or on WhatsApp at +506 8959-8989.
Only what we need to run your trip: your name, how to reach you (email, phone or WhatsApp), where you are staying, the trip, the date, the number of people, and anything you tell us about your group, like ages or health conditions the guides should know about.
The contact form on this site does not store anything. It opens WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
When you book online you do it in Peek, our booking system, on Peek's own pages. Peek handles your payment, so this site never sees your card. Peek's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Both use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the site still works.
Our guides take photos and video on the river, and we share some of them on this website and on our social media. If you would rather not appear, tell your guide or write to info@h2ocr.com.
To answer your questions, confirm and run your trip, pick you up, keep your signed release form, keep you safe on the river, send your invoice, and keep the records the law asks us to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not send you newsletters unless you ask.
Your guides and driver for the day, Peek and the bank or payment company that processes your payment, and, if you booked through a travel agency or your hotel, that agency or hotel.
Booking records are kept as long as Costa Rican tax and accounting rules require. Messages that did not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@h2ocr.com.
